What is Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)? This term is being thrown around a lot these days but was supposedly developed already back in the 1970s, although we think it was in use long before that. It was supposedly established to help us get control of our mind and emotions, so we can have a better handle on our lives. It is sometimes being used by life coaches, psychologists, and other mental health practitioners, and it is said to have some good benefits.
