QUESTION: One of the main questions I have is about happiness and creativity. Are they related? Is it that creating something gives happiness to one or is creation born out of happiness? Is it possible to pick ourselves up from a terrible mental state by just sitting down and working on an art project, writing a piece of poetry etc.?
