Now available in Kindle, paperback, and audio. Unfortunately, I couldn’t publish it in hardcover because Amazon has a 550-page limit, and this book is almost 600 pages.
It was interesting to edit this level, so I could publish it as a book. There are many excellent sections that are unique at this level of learning and never again mentioned in my other books. It was fascinating to refresh my own memory, since this was written in 2012.
