This is by far the best video I have ever seen about the astral dimensions and what they are. For those who plan to exit through the Grid, this is a very helpful video since we all need to travel through the astral, if ever so briefly. It’s essential not to get stuck, so we must know how to navigate every situation.

This information comes from Charles Leadbetter, the late and famous philosopher, theosophist, and practitioner of theoretical esotericism. He was right on, IMO.
