Unfortunately, I don’t have time to watch videos people sometimes send me as part of the question. Instead, take the part of the video the question relates to and write that into the question. Also, please refrain from sending websites or lengthy PDF files I don’t have time to read. When I receive these attachments and links, I must automatically disregard these questions unless I can comment on them without having to attend to the attachments.
Question #1: Is there a high cosmic council from the Orions?
Comment: There is a Council in Orion. I know very little about it, but it includes the Orion Queen and some other members, Prince En.lil probably being one of them. Their primary purpose is to assist star beings in Orion if they need counsel, to settle disputes, or to address other issues. It’s not a hierarchal structure like here on Earth. I was advised that hierarchies with a purpose of control do not exist in Orion.
Question #2: Why did Orion select you to teach your papers?
Comment: I very much doubt that Orion selected me. The Contact I discussed things with did not come here to educate me. That was not planned but happened because of something he read in the WPP, The First Level of Learning, I believe. Then, one thing led to another. We discussed different topics, and when I realized how profound the material was, I told him I wanted to publish it so everybody could have access. He said I could do that, as long as I did not charge for the papers, which I haven’t, and never will. They will be online indefinitely, as long as I have a say.
Question #3: If and when I manage to escape through a hole in the grid – not sure if I can nano travel straight away to Orion or wherever, since in one of the WPP Papers you mention a second “hurdle” to overcome, a final obstacle, namely the watchers of Saturn. I’d have to express to them my wish and dedication to leave the Matrix behind. But what power or authority do they have to hold me back anyway? Isn’t it right that when I exit the Grid, I’ll be able to travel to Orion remotely? Then what’s the Saturn station for? Also, when I think of the Earth Grid as being the 1st frontier and Saturn the 2nd, could there be more? Is it possible I just keep moving from one matrix to another, never getting out? This freaks me out.
Comment: Saturn is indeed a stargate leading out of the Kenoma (solar system) straight into Orion, but it’s closed and guarded unless it’s opened again since I learned about this. Suppose a soul chooses to “evolve” within the Archons’ hierarchal structure, ascending one Heaven (dimension) at a time. In that case, the soul must stand before the Archon who guards a particular Heaven, ready to answer their questions. What a soul needs to do to pass through the gatekeepers is explained in detail in “The Emerald Tablets of Thoth,” which can be downloaded for free online. I believe “The Books of Enoch” tells us about it, too (also available to read for free online).
However, both these texts were written a very long time ago, and I’m sure it was strictly applied then and perhaps is still. However, there is a way to bypass all that, and we have the knowledge to do it. When we leave our bodies and have gone through the Grid, all we need to do from there, since we’ve shed our Matrix garment by then, is to think ourselves to Orion, and we’ll be there more or less instantaneously. During the WPP years, I learned that the key is not to pay attention to anything or anybody on our way out. Some might not encounter anybody on their way out, while others might. Never let yourself be distracted by what is happening around you. Ignore everything and be like a laser—stay calm and use your Mind to travel. Follow these guidelines, and you’ll be fine. Saturn, as a stargate, operates on a physical level. By physical, I don’t only mean physical bodies, but also on a soul level, since the soul is also physical, comprises the four elements but lack the fifth—ether or Spirit. We have Spirit, so when we have learned and truly incorporated that, we are many steps ahead. As long as we are determined, no one can stop us from leaving the solar system.
Question #4: What will the world be like after escaping from the Matrix? Is there any shelter? What is the environment like? Was there two parts, male or female?
Comment: I don’t know any details about what it will be like in Orion; I only know the superficial picture. Since we are creator gods by design, we can create without technology by only using our Mind to imagine and then manifest it in the outside universe. Over time, we can create new worlds and star races at will. But since the time we left the Spirit Realm and entered Tiamat, where we descended into human bodies, we haven’t had the skills necessary to create worlds and races comfortably. We need training. There are “universities” in Orion where we can learn whatever we want to know.
I suggest we don’t need shelter in Orion. We will not be anxious and fearful like we are now. After leaving the Matrix, our Power as spiritual beings returns, and fear and anxiety, as we know them, vanish. We just need to concentrate on getting out of here. Once out, we’re fine.
There is no male/female in Orion. We are androgynous, which has nothing to do with gender. We humans have both feminine (creative) and masculine (executing) forces within ourselves, making us androgynous. Sex and gender are obsolete in Orion. There, everyone considers themselves feminine (not female). This means they can create something in their minds but need technology to manifest it, which humans don’t. However, in The Matrix, we forget that we are creator gods, so we use technology, similar to Orion star beings, when we want to manifest our mind’s creations.
Question #5: Can an animal with higher consciousness be reborn as a human in a next life?
Comment: No. Animals do have Spirit. Otherwise, they would not be able to move around. Sophia’s Spirit is in everything moving in Orion and the Kenoma. Sophia’s Spirit is in our physical bodies. Animals also have an artificial soul, created by the Archons. When they die, the artificial astral soul ascends and is depleted of energy and destroyed, just like human artificial souls in the afterlife. Then, a new soul with a blank slate is shot down into another animal fetus.
The procedure is similar to that of humans, but the animals lack a higher Avatar that can transcend them so they can exit through the Grid. Animals are of this construct—they were created here. They don’t have that capacity to operate outside the Matrix. Since their souls are emptied after death and the energy consumed by the Archons, an individual animal ends its cycle there. A new soul is prepared. Moreover, animal bodies are different from human bodies. Ours can do abstract thinking, which makes us more intelligent and also able to address metaphysical thinking.

Since we no longer have our physical body to keep its form, the soul in the astral can shapeshift and take on a form of choice. That has been verified by many astral travelers.
Even though I may need totally agree with you; This is simple and easy to understand; thus making it accessible to most generally speaking.

Title: The Identity Paradox – Witness, Memory, and the Self
Am I the same as I was two years ago?
It is impossible to answer this absolutely.
The self, or “I,” is constructed from two key components: memory and the witness (the subjective awareness). These together create a reference point — the lens through which reality is perceived. In a closed system, these two form the identity.
From this foundation, several scenarios arise:

1. Reconstruction by a Higher Being:
A higher being may erase both the witness and its memories. Then, it reconstructs an identical set of memories and instantiates a new witness.
From the outside, this new entity appears indistinguishable — it is “me” in every way.
From its own perspective, it feels genuinely like “me,” with continuity of identity.
However, from my perspective — the original witness — I have ceased to exist. Despite the accuracy of memories and behavior, that is not me, even if it insists that it is. And still, it is not wrong.
This is ontological death through total replacement.

2. Memory Replacement with Witness Retained:
The higher being retains the original witness but erases and replaces the memories.
If the witness remembers that its original memories have been altered, it may recognize a transformation rather than death.
But if the new memories are accepted without question, the continuity is broken. The “self” that once was has died.
This is death by identity overwrite, where forgetting is the mechanism of death.

3. Witness Replacement with Memory Retained:
Here, the memories remain intact, but a new witness is instated.
If this new witness knows the memories are not its own, there is an existential distinction — it may feel alienation but not falsehood.
However, if it believes the memories are its own, the original witness has effectively died, and identity has shifted without acknowledgment.
This is death through silent substitution, where self-awareness is lost .

And to add Wes, these Ideas can be simplified, rather than sounding so complex.
And what further irritates me, is when something so simple is made out to be complex. If the simplest individual cannot understand it, then what is the point?
I ask Wes to answer the question. If a person mentally requested an exit through the grid, but not to Orion, but for example to the Pleiades or Arcturus or Sirius, will he end up exactly where he asks?
You go to where you think yourself. That’s nano-travel.
To answer a question, I will ask a further question. Just because I want to come to where you dwell; does it automatically mean that I will enter (Wanting)? For example if Wes decides not to approve comments, they do not get approved; and thus they are not posted. If Wes has done this in the past, then it pretty much sums up what how things should be dealt with where wes is concerned. That is if there is no approval (wes included), then the answer is simply NO, this is not the case. Anyone telling you different is well………..

It’s not a power thing, it’s either not allowing toxicity on the blog, or not allowing quantitatively and endlessly running posts by the same author, which drowns everybody else’s comments. Only if I’m considered to have power because I’m an admin and can set the stage for my own blog, yes–then it’s a power thing.

Dear Wes, greetings! Is there really a Commander Ashtar, his fleet, and his mothership?
Not as far as I’m concerned. I wrote about that hype in the WPP, including “Space Jesus.” It’s disinfo, but it fills a function if certain plans against us are executed.
As far as I know, the term Ashtar Command started with Helena Blavatsky in the 1800s. Her information was often good, sometimes excellent, IMO, but she, too, was hoodwinked on certain subjects.
