Icke has been, and is, very helpful in the alternative community. I know he’s read the Wes Penre Papers–that’s obvious in his new couple of books. It’s a little disturbing to me that he is not even mentioning the Grid. Instead, he’s coming up with “solutions” that don’t work.
Why warn people about the dangers of advancing AI when you, yourself, can’t resist playing with it? When you play with it, you help it grow. Why would you do that?
Right. That’s a good thing to ponder. And I mean it literally. We live in a world where AI is inevitable. How can we use it and take advantage of it instead of running away from it? Of course, that requires that we know what we’re doing….
In his his writings although published as fiction the late Stuart Wilde said that when we die we have the option of exiting the reincarnation cycle if we are aware of the revolving door. Instead of taking the exit we make the full circle and wind up back in the trap. Just like the revolving doors at an airport if we don’t exit to get out of the building if we wind up back in the airport. I would likened this as going through the grid. Although published as fiction his work told the truth about humanity being trapped.
