Question #1: [This question is an excerpt from a longer email I got, but because of lack of space, I’ll paste the actual question here]:
I rarely get upset when I read hidden or “fringe” information like this [that we live in a simulation] because I know that people will take what resonates with them and leave the rest, and generally it won’t impact their reaching of true remembering and realization. But for some reason, this idea of the physical Earth and her natural creations and elements being a “computer simulation” is absolutely ridiculous and has bothered me for years, since I first heard about it in about 2018, and I am only 22.
Comment: I would argue that we do live in a simulation, but in a slightly different way than what you write here. Earth is real, and nature is real. Nature, in fact, is Spirit. Without Spirit, there would be no nature—only solid rock and a barren landscape, a dead universe. So, nature was created before the Matrix by the spirited Creator Goddess; thus, Mother Nature.
The simulation is our 3-D bodies, and for the most part—or brains. We, as Spirits, are encapsulated in these inferior bodies that are “bad copies” of something much greater, before the Matrix was created (see the Wes Penre Papers). In our bodies, we only use 4% of our DNA, and we only perceive 4% of the entire Multiverse. It’s because we’ve been tampered with, and an artificial, encoded version of reality is projected from outside the Earth and decoded by our brains that can only perceive 5 senses, when we’re so much more than that. So, the Matrix, if we hard draw it, is our homo sapiens bodies. When you leave your body in death or in an OBE, you experience so much more, only by being in the astral. Then, when you exit through the Grid and get to Orion, you reach your potential.
Question #2: I recently listened to the Quantum Jumping series from the late Burt Goldman. Basically, you get into a meditative alpha state and imagine yourself in a parallel universe with your twin self who has the qualities or possessions you desire. Next, you morph into their body and then go back to reality. It got me thinking what you said in the last Q&A #2, July 2024:
“Call it an extension of remote viewing. In fact, you are doing it every day without thinking about it. Consider this: imagine yourself being in Antarctica. It’s cold and icy, and the white landscape stretches as far as you can tell. If you’re a male, ice is sticking to your beard. Did you see it in your mind? I bet you did. Then you were there. It’s really as simple as that,”
This to me sounds just like what you described as Quantum Jumping as well. During my listening and practice with the Quantum Jumping program, I had a profound revelation. Perhaps, while on Tiamat, I created ALL these parallel selves in every conceivable situation possible only to imagine and bring it into my current reality in this 3D Matrix. Is that a likely possibility Wes? It certainly makes perfect sense to me.
Comment: Exactly what humans did in Tiamat is unknown to me, but we do create multiple realities all the time, just by thinking. Human creative abilities are powerful and pure Spirit. That’s why the astral is such a strange place—it contains what we create with the WORD (our thoughts)—much of it is floating around there. We can create new personal timelines anytime (and we do) with our imagination, although the projection I talked about in Question #2 keeps humanity together in a common overall timeline/realty. It’s hard for me to say, of course, what you might have done in Tiamat. I guess you go for what you personally perceive is right.
Question #3: Have you listened to Jelaila Starr’s story of Enlil and Enki and their roles? She says Enki is the child of a reptilian mother. She also says Enlil was the one in charge of mining earth for gold and ensuring it got to Nibiru, where his father was king. She also says that the alliance marriage was the Dragon Queen with King Anu and their first born was Enki. So you say this dragon queen is the creator of humans? And supposedly Enki didn’t care about being ruler, he just wanted to play in his laboratory, but did not like the idea of having to ask Enlil for permission. I would like to hear what you have to say about this information in relation to what your Orion sources have told you. Who do we believe? Doesn’t Orion also have an agenda for self-preservation? As far as I have perceived from 17 years of research in many areas, they all want to exploit humans to achieve their own agendas.

Comment: I rarely have time to listen to requested videos, but I know of Jelaila since before, since I have listened to a couple of videos in the past. So, instead, I’ll go on with the comments you made.
I agree with some of it and disagree with some, but that’s usually how it goes. Everybody has their own experiences, of course.
The so-called “Reptilian Mother” has been taken out of proportion in UFO- and alternative research. It comes from the misnomer that the Queen is a literal Dragon—she is not. She’s called a Dragon because she “breathes fire,” i.e., soul fire (or Spirit fire, if you will). That’s where the myth comes from that Dragons breathe fire (life). You probably know the story of “Saint George and the Dragon,” where he defeats the Dragon. That’s a dramatization of Marduk (St. George) blowing up Tiamat, humanity’s first home planet, and thus defeats the Dragon (see Enûma Eliš online and the WPP). It’s true, though, that his Father was King and En.ki was the firstborn.
En.ki was in charge of mining “Earth gold,” and of honeycombing the Earth, not En.lil (one reference: “The Lost Book of Enki,” by Zecharia Sitchin). Nibiru, in this context, is just a hollowed-out Sirian asteroid (spaceship) and not as dramatic as it has been made up to be (see my upcoming book). The “gold” is not literal mineral gold. The Gold is us humans. He was searching for us. It’s also true that the Queen and King “Anu” had a “business marriage,” which is not the same as a human marriage. There is nothing “romantic” about it. Just part of a Peace Agreement (see the WPP).
En.ki did care about being a ruler. That’s what the entire “Lucifer’s Rebellion” was about, and that’s where a big part of the mess we’re sitting in comes from. Being a ruler is what he wants the most, but being a scientist is a potential tool he can use to reach there.
Everybody has an agenda of self-preservation; we all want to “look after our house.”
I understand your comment about “exploiting humans,” and that’s one way of seeing it, actually. But everything has a purpose, and everybody has goals. It’s a matter of figuring out whose goals are meant to be malevolent and benevolent. The fact remains, there is no one who hasn’t made mistakes in this “cosmic drama.”
You should absolutely go for what makes sense to you—that’s important. I am bringing up a lot of these subjects in the upcoming book. I think you might like it.
Question #4: I keep thinking about natural birth and how the metaphysical might impact that. Hypothetically, if all the souls in the BLA were teleported away instantly outside this construct, what would happen to the fetuses of pregnant women? Would they be still-born?
Comment: Yes, if all humans, who died, immediately left the Matrix, there would be no one to incarnate here. The Khan Kings could possibly create artificial life, but for what purpose? Humanity is the Khan Kings’ purpose. As we need food, they need us: They need our Spirit for their own purposes and for their literal survival, and if we all vacated, they would panic.
Question #5: I think I heard you state that the super-highways situated near this construct also function as valuable trade routes.
Do beings of the KHAA require food to maintain themselves like we do? If not, then what do they “eat”?
Comment: In Orion, although beings see themselves and others being as physical as we are, it’s still a semi-physical and semi-spiritual environment, far less dense. The idea that we need to eat solid food to maintain our bodies is an En.ki construct. Here, we eat Life to stay alive—that’s insane, regardless of whether we eat meat or vegetables. It doesn’t happen in Orion.
I don’t know what they trade in Orion, but I would imagine that each star system has their own unique quality to it, and there might be things the inhabitants and the Overseers of these star systems might want to trade for something elsewhere.
