The video is explaining how scientists all over the world are working on being capable of scanning the human brain in full, so that the brain, including memories, can be copied from a person and put into another body. To get us hooked on this idea, we are being told that by consenting to this, we can prevent our current biological bodies and brains to decay and die. According to the neuro-scientists that are being interviewed, they should, in a few decades, be able to make a complete digital copy of the biological brain and store it into a computer. Then, instead of having our personality die together with the physical body, the personality with all its memories will be transferred to this new, immortal digital brain.
