
The ancient texts slightly divert from the world-view we had just before Copernicus in the sense that in the more recent of the two, the Firmament with the fixed stars are placed in the First Heaven, hanging from the Dome/glass ceiling, and the rest of the celestial bodies are outside the Construct. In the more ancient texts, many of the celestial bodies in our solar system are below the Firmament, i.e. within the atmosphere. This is very interesting because although the two versions differ, they could both be considered fairly correct, following our hypothesis, and we’ll explain:
