Hi Wes, just reading No 2 – you write about the soul-energy loss/-theft – I wanted to share my “routine” with this – used to do it regularly once a day, but at least when I notice being overly tired: I ground myself… and cancel any and all agreements, contracts … that allow this to happen, command that this must be stopped immediately and completely and claim back all my chi, power, parts of self and soul…using my command and free will. Immediately feel re-energized, re-empowered. Maybe it can be of use for someone. Love. Brigitte
Hi Wes, concerning the mentioned “loss of memory” – want to share my thoughts on this. At first I thought age is at cause; but when I observed the development further, I noticed that things went “lost” that I just didn’t give energy/focus any more, which I was complete with, They just became neutral, unimportant and put aside.
